In July 1997, New England Door completed construction of its new 100,000 sq. foot (9,300 sq. meter) home. This building houses the manufacturing and distribution facilities and the general offices of the corporation. The facility, designed by industrial engineers, maximizes the efficiency of fabrication, assembly, materials handling, shipping and receiving.

All phases of the company's operations are fully computer controlled to insure accuracy. The structure, with is 26 foot (7.9 meter) clear inside height, provides the substantial volume of space required to house the necessary raw materials and finished inventory needed to adequately serve the company's customers. Thirteen truck level loading doors and one eighteen foot (5.49 meter) wide ground level door provide ample access for shipping and receiving. Provisions have been made for the future expansion of the plant to meet its growing needs.
